Rosie arched sultry brows at G'tet, expectant: Yes? Then she whirled on a foot and reached right for P'nset's hand with her own. She was ready to race up the dock the last few steps onto land. "Come on," she said, "Where's Sarjenth?"
They were, all of them, off of the dock none to soon. It was shaking violently now, while the crewman who'd leapt down from the sinking vessel rushed to unwind the ship's ropes from the dock's pilings.

He was distracted by the girl, by Rosie who was someone she couldn’t be. G’tet didn’t know how she could be S’gur’s sister. Maybe she wasn’t, but she’d acted like she expected him to recognize her. His brain hurt and he was glad Kalpeth seemed to know where they were going. Looking down below he watched the ship going down and felt a moment of pity for the men who worked on that ship.
Maybe the ship had to go, but all those men out of work. Ah, well, so goes it. A few lost jobs were still better than a plague that would kill all those people. Kalpeth circled waiting for the others to join her and G’tet enjoyed the feel of Aleda’s arms around him. It would definitely be a pleasure to get home and try to get to know her better. He wondered if Genet and her would get along. They’d find out soon enough.
Once the others were in the air he had Kalpeth gain altitude and turned his head to yell to Aleda, “Hold on. Time to go home.” He flashed her a grin and then told Kalpeth to take them home. With the picture given to Kalpeth held in her brain she did just what she was told to do. Expecting the other dragons in the air to do the same she disappeared between to finally go home and get something to eat.

(Nothing further to add for Aleda)

M'sella watched all with an impassive face. The ship sinking, the Telgari taking off. He didn't approve of the method, but what did it matter? This wasn't his quest. This wasn't his problem. But still...to put the men out of work in such a way, to risk their lives during an already precarious time...It was wrong.
He sighed, watching them leave, dark eyes even darker with whatever thoughts were in his head. He watched Kalpeth take to the sky, veridan against its relative azul. He sighed, thinking of how very uninteresting his life would be from now on. Just the tedious task of Thread...
And then Josteth rose new hope in him. He was surprised when the image of Telgar was thrust into his mind. Telgar, but subtly different. It looked a bit more worn down, a bit older... Mine... The brown was nearly whispering. Green Kalpeth would have us go back with them.
M'sella was inflamed with the idea of it. Go with them? Go somewhere new, to him, but not? The thought of it was amazing, inspiring. He drew in a breath, eyes closing. Could he? Could he at all.
"Yes," he breathed. "Tell her yes. We'll go with them. We'll get everything settled. We'll go with then." Josteth crowed with his delight, relating it to Kalpeth as he answered her innocent flirtations. We will go with the Telgari.

It could be called naught but shock. That was what the brown rider felt as Rosie took his hand. Followed by a coursing of confusion, that decided to rest through his system, and settle there. His brows furrowed for a moment, then he relented to doing as she had directed. I am already here bonded of mine own Sarjenth responded to the query P’nset’s mental tone Knowing his life’s partner just a little too well.
“He’s here, and that’s fine.” P’nset replied as though he had a choice in this matter. Rosie was perhaps a little more than she had seemed at first. Sarjenth slowly backwinged to land near his bonded, and this Rosie.
P’nset let his hand slide away from hers, far from used to contact like that, his contact with others extended to a shaking of hands, or a boisterous hug from some of the odder members of his wing. He caught ear of what M’tani said as he accepted that he would return with them. P’nset gave a veritable smile, clapped the other brown rider on the shoulder, before he stepped towards his own brown. And then jumped and climbed his way up to Sarjenth’s back.
We take another, I know you won’t mind. You only say it as such for she did not give you a choice P’nset. I could have said ‘no’ – but she has to depart the same as us, and she has not a dragon of her own, thus you shall be a quiet beast of burden for a moment or so. P’nset tried to humour his tone, knowing his utter defeat before the mind of his dragon, and hoping this might ease it just slightly. P’nset silently offered his hand down to Rosie – hoping she would rise to the hand offered – and nott leave him there like an absolute idiot.

Rosie rewarded P'nset's hand with a brilliant smile and a shake of her tangled brown hair. Her fingers fit smoothly into the dragonrider's palm, and she used his leverage gently to boost herself up the brown's gleaming side.
"Thank you," she said once astride, and was quiet and smug after that, waiting for the joyous upward thrust into the sky and for the black swallow of between to take them.

P’nset smirked, a smug pleasure reigniting where he had none for so long. “C’mon then Sarjenth, To our Telgar.” He smiled – almost fondly as the brown rumbled his agreement, legs pushing hard from the ground, His wings opened, caught the wind, and beat down heavily, pushing himself above the air, and climbing higher. Picture held firmly in their mind, both P’nset and Sarjenth focused upon nothing but this, as the cold absence of the between enveloped them. Three heartbeats always felt so very long. So long. No matter how used to it he was, it was always an eternity before light bloomed. But it did, and there was their Telgar. ((And Loh! – thread moves on to Homecoming =3))
