What does this mean for advertisers? Well, first off, at some point I will probably close this forum to posts by non-members. (Members, that means that if you might want to advertise here in the future, it would be in your best interests to keep your accounts.)
Until this forum is closed, the rules below about reciprocal advertising and buttons no longer apply. However, please continue to refrain from flooding the board with multiple posts, and note that dead sites' ads may be removed at any time.

As we've said elsewhere, we're not much for rules. Here goes:
1) Reciprocal advertising. If you post an ad here, post our ad at your place. That means we expect you to check out the 'Official Ad' post stickied in this board, copy the code, and post it in the appropriate forum on the game you're advertising. If your ad appears here, and I do not see our ad on your site, your ad here will be deleted without notification.
2) Buttons. If you want us to display your button in your footer, PM Tempus Fugit (admin) with your code (Pern games and listing sites only, please). Meanwhile go get our button into your footer. We'll upload yours as soon as we see ours on your board.
3) Add posts once a week or less. Make your posts good. You shouldn't need to add stuff three days later.
4) Really, we mean it! If we visit any board advertised here and find that our ad or button isn't placed appropriately there, we'll remove the ad or button here. No warning, no exceptions!
5) Expirations. If we visit your site and see no new RP-related posts (advertisements, for example, don't count) in the last month, we may remove your ad or button. Non-Pern RP sites will be removed after two months (unless the ad thread is updated).
