Journeyman was too long and J'man was too short. -snickers-
The human sprites are from a game called fire emblem. They're free to use. You can find them on google. I just modify them in photoshop until they look like I want, then slap on the frames and words. It's not that hard, really.
I don't like how Althesia turned out. Her shirt is bugging me, so I might change her around a bit still.
