Jansen skin, like most Caminar, is tanned; though his more lightly so that others perhaps. His eyes are a very dark brown. During the gloam and night hours it can be hard to distinguish between his pupils and iris' which give him a somewhat...eerie look to those who do not know him. His hair is also brown in colour and is keep reasonably short, but not very, very and he is mildly fond of his fringe. He is about 5'10" in height, not exactly short but there are still a number who are yet still taller. Due to life among the Caminar, he has well defined arm and leg muscles, though his torso, while not exactly lacking, are not as well developed as those in his limbs. On the left side his stomach, there a faint scar gained a few turns prior and his nose is ever so slightly crooked, but thanks to his mother, it's not terribly noticeable.
Jansen is usually seen wearing brown trousers of varying shades and tunics and shirts usually bright reds, greens and browns. He is especially fond of his russet coloured shirt. He also almost always carries a carving knife on his belt and a smallish canvas bag. This bag is primarily used to store are especially fine pieces of wood which he could use on his travels or anything else that takes his fancy (He has a certain fondness of shiny or unusual stones). This bag always carries a couple of lumps of ash (Jansen’s preferred type of wood) so that when he sees something that inspires him or if the mood takes him, he can begin to carve a wooden sculpture, where ever, when ever.
Jansen is an extremely wilful and proud boy. He tends to have an ‘all or nothing’ type personality. When he likes something, he becomes borderline obsessed; when his dislikes something he either hates completely or shuns and ignores it like it never existed. Among his fellow Caminar, he is quick to laugh and is fairly boisterous, often play fighting and getting into various kinds of mischief with those of the same age as him when they gather. In his caravan he is quite possibly one of the more talkative members, sometimes to the annoyance of his companions. But despite this, he still manages to work hard so only his loud voice rather than his ineptitude is a burden to everyone. He also has taken it upon his self to keep an eye out on any of the younger members of his caravan, or any Caminar in fact and takes any offence towards them personally. He is proud of his heritage and would thus do anything to protect both it and its honour.
His attitude towards the ‘plantado’ is the complete antithesis to his caring and relaxed one towards the Caminar. He holds the plantado in the highest distain and loathes them for their sedentary way of life. Jansen can not possibly imagine what appeals about staying in one place for any length of time and becomes extremely restless after a couple of days of being in a single location.
He is fairly dexterous, which is only apt seeing how he is the son of a wood carver and carpenter and has (obviously) taken up that craft also. When he starts on a project, Jansen puts his heart and soul into and in the past turn or so has started to produce pieces that even rival fathers.

His father was a wood carver/carpenter and his mother made jewellery, primarily items with Stones and gems inset. Within a couple of turns, they joined up with his uncle's (on his mothers sides) caravan, making the group about half a dozen in size. It swiftly grew through with children being born to both sets of parents and his grandparents on his mothers side joining them also. Jansen from a young age played babysitter as he was a three turns older than the eldest of his cousins and siblings. He was also enlisted to help find fine stones and wood for his parents before he was old enough to wield a knife to start carving himself. For many turns, nothing of particular interest happened in Jansens life. They travelled, children were born, some would die, they'd hunt, they'd sell, they'd gather. Everything was simple and life was good. Though from a young age, bitterness and distain started to grow in the lad towards the plantado. It was the accumulation of little events that caused it, coupled with the natural distance the Caminar tended to have with them. Mothers would hold usher their children away from him when he walked down the streets and he would hear whispers and mutterings of those who did not know that he was listening. He quickly hardened towards such animosity but not all of his younger relatives could.
One day when he was 16, he younger brother got himself in a spot of trouble and Jansen found him just as the fight was about to start. There were two or three 17 or 18 turn old hold boys who had his brother cornered. At that moment, the boy resembled a wild cat more than anything but he was out of his league. Without a second thought, Jansen went charging in, tackling one boy to the ground and knocking another off balance while doing so. He barked at his brother to run. He hesitated for a moment before doing as he was told, having enough sense to know that he would only be in the way. The fight was short, thanks to Jansens not really fighting fair and getting dirt in the eyes of those standing when he decided to run. Which was possibly a little too late as he ended up with a black eye and a shallow cut across his stomach. He hadn't noticed it to begin with, but one of the hold boys had been carrying a knife. Jansen was lucky that it hadn't been drawn sooner really. It left a faint scar but it was nothing serious. Since then he had been in a number of scraps, for one reason or another.
Jansen was one of the first Caminar to be accused when the some of the Children at the hold his caravan was currently at went missing. He barely got away with his life and not without more than a few bruises. Fortunately he didn't get any broken bones. As a result of this, his family was one of the first to take shelter at Telgar Weyr. Jansen protested much but seeing how it was for his safety, the elders decided that they would stay. None of them liked it, but most of the others were no where near as vocal about their displeasure. It is safe to say that he had a few tantrums. The arrival of more Caminar placated him a fair bit, for a little while at least. For the most, he has stayed in the Caminar settlement at the Weyr. But of late he has been getting more and more restless. With this restless-ness, Jansen has also been on edge far more and prone to snapping at people as well as starting to wonder further a field without caring whose land it is or whose toes he may step on.

Large wings have shining spars and sails of shimmery translucence.

Bold, adventurous and brave, Leeth is never one to turn away from a challenge or give up without a fight. His determination and spirit can sometimes be a boon. But, just as often, it can simply be exhausting, especially if he takes up a cause that you consider to be unimportant or downright wrong. Though he allows some time to mull things over before he acts, once he commits to a belief or course of action, there's no swaying him. Though he will travel near or far for a cause, he has none of your wanderlust. If anything, he is devoutly proud and protective of his people, his clutchmates and his Weyr.

Subtlety is not Leeth's forté, and this is as clear in his psychic communications as in his overall personality. He rumbles and booms, bellows and thunders. If he is ever softspoken, he is also, most likely, very ill. It may take a bit of practice to get used to such a demanding presence in your thoughts, but while his displeasure can be deafening, the upside is that his joy and delight can sweep you up just as completely.
