So, when G'tet wound up back in the 6th Pass he was free and loose with information when speaking to Shana in the kitchens. It was Shana's uncle that led the adventurers to their date with destiny at the Windtoss as well! But that is beside the point.
The point is that G'tet left behind his knot and told Shana that during the middle of the Interval if one of her descendants came to Telgar Weyr they could collect what was due them.
This character could be a crafter, holder, or even a rider if you like. They could be a temporary character or a full blown stick around for DOOM character.
The only hard and fast requirement is that they be a descendant of Shana from Igen Sea Hold and possess G'tet's knot. If you need a reference for what G'tet said then please visit here: In the Kitchen for more info.
